This is my clone of Wendy's Chili

 2 lbs Ground Beef
 1 29oz can Tomato Sauce
 1 10oz cans Rotel Diced Tomaoes with Green Chiles
 1 29oz can kidney beans(with liquid)
 1 29oz can pinto beans(with liquid)
 ¼ cup Celery, diced
 1 cup Onion, diced(about 1 med onion)
 3 tsp Cumin Powder
 3 tbsp Chili Powder
 1 ½ tsp Black Pepper
 2 tsp Salt
 2 cups Water

Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat, then drain most of the fat.

Combine the beef along with all the remaining ingredients and bring to a low boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 2-3 hours, stirring about every 15 to 30 mins.
