Oriental Ramen Salad

This awesome oriental / Asian coleslaw is great for BBQ's, cookouts and potlucks.

Asian Oriental Coleslaw
Yields1 Serving
Prep Time5 minsTotal Time5 mins
Base Mix
 1 lb Packaged Cole Slaw
 1 cup Green Onion, chopped
 1 cup Sunflower Seeds
 1 cup Sliced Almonds
 2 Pkgs. Ramen Noodles(Oriental or Beef Flavor)
Dressing
  cup Sugar
  cup Red Wine Vinegar
 ½ cup Oil(Vegetable or Canola)
 2 Pkgs. Ramen Seasoning

Combine Base Mix in Large (4 qt) Bowl

Combine Dressing Ingredients in a small bowl

Pour Dressing over Base Mix & mix well. It is now ready to eat or refrigerate overnight for a more marinated salad.

Additional Notes

This will make about 2 1/2 Qt. of Salad. Make as a side or add Grilled Chicken for a complete Meal.

You can usually buy the ingredients pre-cut & packaged to cut prep time and make this salad in 5 minutes. I usually just buy the bagged already chopped up coleslaw and just add the other ingredients to save time.
