This amazing Praline Pecan Cheesecake is out of this world good! The recipe was given to me by a friend and is originally from a restaurant in Lafayette, LA called Charley G's
Preheat oven to 325° degrees
Cream the cream cheese in a large bowl. Add brown sugar gradually.
Beat in flour. Beat in eggs one at a time. Blend in vanilla and pecans.
Pour mixture into two pre-made graham cracker crusts.
Bake at 325 degrees F for 30-35 minutes.
Combine syrup, sugar, butter & egg in saucepan. Mix well.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. After boiling, let boil without stirring for exactly two minutes. Remove from heat, stir in pecans and vanilla.
After the praline sauce cools, pour it over the cheesecake and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
