How can I use leftover chicken or turkey?

What do I do with leftover fish, shrimp or other seafood?
A lot of times, depending on how much seasoning and the type of seasoning, you can use leftover seafood in chowder or gumbo! Because it’s been cooked already, you simply need to add it in shortly before serving in order to warm it up a bit. Just remember though, don’t let leftover seafood sit too long in the refrigerator before using it as it goes bad pretty quickly. When in doubt, throw it out!
Got leftover brisket?
I know, what’s leftover brisket, right? Well, if you happen to have some (which I often do actually), you can make brisket bombs! You ask, what’s a brisket bomb? Well, pick up some jumbo ready to bake biscuits, roll them out and fill them with shredded mozzarella cheese, diced brisket, diced onions and bell peppers, seal them up and lay them on a oiled cast iron skillet or baking pan, brush them with egg wash, then bake them at 350 until golden brown.
Man, do I miss all that good NM food! Good to see you putting your recipes and cooking tips out there, Gerald.
