Green Chile Cheeseburgers from smoked brisket!

What do do with leftover smoked brisket?  I had smoked a brisket some time ago and ended up freezing what we didn’t eat. Well, you can always make chili with it, but I decided took some of it out of the freezer and after defrosting it, I ground it, then mixed it with some ground beef and some salt/pepper and then used it to make green chile cheeseburgers. They came out quite good and everybody loved them!

I had a little bit of the ground brisket left, so yesterday I browned a little bit of ground beef with some onion and garlic, then added the ground brisket and some taco seasoning and made taco meat for the kids for dinner. It was all quite good!
